Based on rental data across 83 Dhaka neighborhoods, Mirpur (Sections 1, 2, 6, 10, 11), Mohammadpur, Banasree, and Badda offer the most affordable bachelor rooms and sublets, with single seats starting from ৳3,000 to ৳5,500 per month and private single rooms ranging from ৳5,000 to ৳8,500. A 'flat' refers to an entire independent residential unit (1 to 4 bedrooms, drawing, dining, and kitchen) leased directly from the building owner with a standard 1 to 2 months advance security deposit.

Every listing on ToletPanda includes verified landlord contact information, high-resolution photos, detailed utility breakdowns, and zero intermediary fees.
