A 'flat' refers to an entire independent residential unit (1 to 4 bedrooms, drawing, dining, and kitchen) leased directly from the building owner with a standard 1 to 2 months advance security deposit.

Every listing on ToletPanda includes verified landlord contact information, high-resolution photos, detailed utility breakdowns, and zero intermediary fees.
